Park's Edge Preschool Children Learn Animal ER

Enthusiastic kids from Park's Edge Preschool learned about the care of exotic animals receiving emergency care at MECA. The animals included a ferret, a bird, a snake, and a guinea pig. They also toured the ICU and the animals therein.

The children even learned about X-rays, looked through the microscope at red and white blood cells, and toured the surgery suite where they donned surgical scrubs.
